Our guest on today’s episode is Super Bowl Champion Lori Locust. Lori is a pioneer in the football world, and became the Assistant Defensive Line Coach for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2019.
Lori has been a football fan her whole life, and began coaching after playing semi-professional women’s football for four seasons. She joined the Buccaneers after working as the assistant defensive line coach for the Birmingham Iron of the Alliance of American Football during the league's inaugural season.
In 2018, she gained incredibly valuable experience working as a defensive line coaching intern for the Baltimore Ravens during the team's training camp and had previously coached a variety of teams at the high school and semi-professional level.
